Planted in Grief, Rooted in Hope: Join Us for Heart Connections For over 35 years, the Christi Center has walked alongside Central Texans through their grief journeys offering compassionate support to individuals and families after the loss of a loved one. They have supported throughout major times of grief such as the Hays County Fentanyl crisis and the bus crash of 2024. Heart Connections is more than our largest annual fundraiser, it’s the heart of how we remain rooted in hope and continue to provide grief support, at no cost, for as long as it's needed.
