Are you a results-driven individual with a knack for building relationships and a passion for sales? We are looking for a Bilingual Business Development Representative to join our team in the Austin / San Antonio area. This is a part-time, remote position perfect for someone who is self-motivated and enjoys the flexibility of working from home.

 

The Role

 

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, generating new business opportunities and setting the foundation for long-term partnerships. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting outbound calls and emails to prospective clients.

  • Identifying and qualifying sales leads.

  • Scheduling meetings and presentations for the sales team.

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.

  • Communicating effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking clients.

 

What We're Looking For

 

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred. You should be comfortable and confident speaking, reading, and writing in both languages.

  • Previous experience in a business development, sales, or customer service role is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.

  • Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new systems.

  • A positive attitude and a passion for achieving goals.
