WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR The Rail Signaling and System Engineer IV reports directly to the Director, Rail Operations. This position requires a broad range of rail systems elements, architecture, technology including Positive Train Control Systems and their implementation on commuter rail, Light Rail, Freight and Rolling stock.
