About Us

The Westside Group, Inc., founded in 1994, is an apartment rental agency and property management company with 11 apartment communities in central Austin under its portfolio. These apartments are popular near downtown Clarksville; three are in the North Campus within the Hyde Park neighborhood, and six are in the West Campus. Although they span many communities, they are easily accessible and all in the city's heart - making all of what Austin offers. As for the company itself, The Westside Group is resident-oriented and focuses on providing superior customer service while keeping rental rates as low as possible. During the pre-leasing season before the start of the fall semester, we help students and parents alike to pre-lease student apartments near the UT Austin campus. We offer our properties as an alternative to dorm living by having them live in their apartment.

As a locally-owned and operated business in Austin, our residents have quick access to our office and never need to “move up the corporate ladder” to have something accomplished. We have a low employee turnover rate, meaning most of our employees have been with us for many years.
